    Dosing Protocols

    Beginner

500 mcg subcutaneous, once every other day, for 4 weeks. Assess tolerance and cognitive response before increasing.

    Standard

750-1000 mcg subcutaneous, 3x per week (Mon/Wed/Fri), for 6-8 weeks. Cycle off for 2 weeks before next cycle.

    Advanced

1500-2000 mcg subcutaneous, every other day, for 8 weeks. Advanced protocols may combine with Selank or Dihexa - pause and reassess if irritability or sleep disturbance emerges.

    Weight-Based Dosing

Not weight-based at typical research doses. Effects appear to plateau above 2 mg per administration.

    Commonly Stacked With

Adamax shares mechanistic territory with the broader Semax/Selank/P-21 family of nootropic peptides. Common stacking patterns include:

    • Semax - both modulate BDNF and dopaminergic systems. Stacking provides theoretical broader receptor coverage but doses should be conservative when combining structurally similar peptides to avoid receptor desensitization.
    • Selank - anxiolytic with serotonergic and GABAergic effects. Pairs with Adamax for mood-stabilization protocols where the user wants both anxiety reduction (Selank) and motivation/cognition (Adamax).
    • Dihexa - angiotensin-IV-derived nootropic with strong synaptogenic effects. Often stacked with Adamax for memory-focused protocols.
    • BPC-157 - neuroprotective baseline that pairs well with cognitive enhancers via dopaminergic system stabilization.

Do not stack Adamax with high-dose Semax or P-21 simultaneously without a clear reason - receptor-level overlap is significant and additive effects on D2/TrkB signaling are not characterized.

    Side Effects & Safety

Limited safety data due to absence of formal clinical trials. Anecdotal reports from community use describe: - Mild headache during the first 1-2 days of dosing (resolves with continued use or dose reduction) - Transient irritability or restlessness at higher doses (>1 mg) - Mild sleep onset delay if dosed late in the day - Injection-site irritation with subcutaneous administration No serious adverse events have been published in peer-reviewed literature. Long-term safety data does not exist. As with all research peptides, individual response variability is high.

    Contraindications

Not approved for human use. Caution in individuals with bipolar disorder, psychosis history, or active dopaminergic medication therapy. Not for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. No safety data exists for users with active malignancy, autoimmune disease, or seizure disorders.

    Additional Notes

Reconstitute lyophilized peptide with bacteriostatic water at the lowest practical volume to maximize concentration. Example: 5 mg vial + 2 mL BAC water = 2.5 mg/mL. With a 100-unit insulin syringe, 10 units = 0.1 mL = 250 mcg. Refrigerate reconstituted vial at 2-8 degrees Celsius and use within 28 days.
