A whole biohacking HQ.
Not a price tool.
BodyHackGuide is a full biohacking platform — 124+ compounds with real research, 40+ nootropic profiles, dosing calculators, COA readers, half-life visualizers, AI bloodwork analysis, stack builders, protocol trackers, our own Adera supplement line, a guides + blog + news hub, and the community behind all of it. Discord, subreddits, and the tools the community actually uses.

Why This Exists
If you're actually into this — peptides, nootropics, longevity, recovery, cognitive stacks, bloodwork optimization — you already know the problem. The real knowledge is out there, but it lives scattered across fifty subreddits, a hundred Discord servers, sketchy vendor sites, and YouTube rabbit holes. Half the review sites are SEO farms run by people who've never touched a vial of BAC water. The community knows what works. The infrastructure to pull it all together didn't exist.
So we built a whole biohacking HQ. Not a price-comparison site with a blog bolted on — a full research platform. A 124+ compound library built on actual PubMed literature. 40+ nootropic profiles. Reconstitution + dosing calculators. Half-life visualizers so you can see exactly when your compound peaks and troughs. A COA reader that parses purity reports. Vendor Trust Scores you can't buy. AI-powered bloodwork analysis that flags what matters. Stack builders and protocol trackers with shareable PDF exports. Deep-dive research guides, an editorial blog, and a peptide + nootropic news aggregator — all under one roof.
Plus our own supplement line: Adera. Nasal sprays, transdermals, performance pouches — built because some things needed to be done right and nobody else was doing them.
And the part that matters most: a real community. Discord. r/BodyHackGuide. r/BrainHackGuide. Actual biohackers trading protocols, calling out shady vendors, sharing COAs, arguing about half-lives, and helping each other dial things in. This platform exists because the community built it — not the other way around.
Whether you're running your first BPC-157 protocol, dialing in a nootropic stack for cognitive work, tracking bloodwork trends, exploring nasal-spray sleep stacks, or deep into multi-compound longevity protocols — this is your home base.
Who's Behind This
One person. Started this because the tools didn't exist and nobody else was building them. Simple as that.
I'm in the same subreddits you are. I'm in the Discord. I run protocols, track my bloodwork, obsess over COA purity reports, and get unreasonably excited when a vendor drops a new compound. BodyHackGuide isn't a side project I manage from a distance — it's the tool I use every day, and I build it based on what I actually need.
Every feature on this platform started the same way: I needed it, couldn't find it, and built it. The reconstitution calculator? Built it at 2am because I was tired of doing the math by hand. The Trust Score system? Built it because I got burned by a vendor with great marketing and garbage product. The protocol tracker? Built it because tracking three compounds across different schedules in a spreadsheet was driving me insane.
If something's broken, missing, or could be better — tell me. I'm not hard to reach.
What We Stand For
Transparency first
No hidden agendas. No pay-for-play reviews. Trust Scores are public and the methodology is open. What you see is what's real.
Evidence-based
Every compound profile pulls from peer-reviewed literature and clinical data. We don't do bro-science. If the evidence isn't there, we say so.
Community-driven
Our Discord, subreddits, and on-site reviews directly shape what we build. You tell us what's missing — we build it.
Tools over hype
Calculators. Trackers. Protocol builders. We ship things you'll actually use, not marketing pages dressed up as content.
Our Community
These aren't just links. This is where the real conversations happen — protocol feedback, vendor warnings, new compound discussions, and people helping each other out.
Discord Server
Live discussions, vendor alerts, protocol sharing, and direct access to the people building this platform.
r/BodyHackGuide
Research discussions, vendor reviews, compound deep-dives, and community-driven quality control.
r/BrainHackGuide
Nootropics, cognitive enhancement, and brain health protocols from people who actually run them.
