      Gather your supplies

      A sealed 10 mg vial of PT-141 (Bremelanotide), a vial of bacteriostatic water, a 1 ml U-100 syringe, and an alcohol swab.

      Add the water

      Wipe both vial stoppers with alcohol. Draw 2 ml of BAC water into the syringe and release it slowly down the inside wall of the PT-141 (Bremelanotide) vial. Never spray directly onto the powder — the force can damage the peptide.

      Gently swirl the vial in a circular motion until the PT-141 (Bremelanotide) fully dissolves. Do not shake. The solution should become clear.
