    How to Reconstitute PT-141 (Bremelanotide)

Pre-filled calculator with standard defaults for PT-141 (Bremelanotide): 10 mg vial in 2 ml BAC water.

    Standard PT-141 (Bremelanotide) Reconstitution Protocol

Add 2 ml of bacteriostatic water to a 10 mg vial of PT-141 (Bremelanotide). This gives a concentration of 5.00 mg/ml. A standard 1750 mcg dose equals about 35.0 IU on a 100-unit insulin syringe. Store refrigerated at 2–8°C and use within 28 days.

Step-by-Step: How to Reconstitute PT-141 (Bremelanotide)

    1. 1

      Gather your supplies

A sealed 10 mg vial of PT-141 (Bremelanotide), a vial of bacteriostatic water, a 1 ml (100-unit) insulin syringe, and an alcohol swab.

    2. 2

      Inject the water

Wipe both vial stoppers with alcohol. Draw 2 ml of BAC water into the syringe and inject it slowly down the inside wall of the PT-141 (Bremelanotide) vial. Never spray directly onto the powder — the force can damage the peptide.

    3. 3

      Swirl gently

Gently swirl the vial in a circular motion until the PT-141 (Bremelanotide) fully dissolves. Do not shake. The solution should become clear.

    4. 4

      Calculate your dose

      At a concentration of 5.00 mg/ml, a 1750 mcg (1.750 mg) dose equals about 35.0 IU on a 100-unit insulin syringe.

    5. 5

      Draw and store

Draw your dose, perform the injection, and immediately return the vial to the refrigerator at 2–8°C. Use the reconstituted vial within 28 days.

These defaults reflect the most common community protocols for PT-141 (Bremelanotide). Individual research protocols may differ. Always verify against your source and consult a qualified practitioner before any injection. BodyHackGuide publishes for research and educational purposes only.
