How to Reconstitute Selank
Pre-filled calculator with standard defaults for Selank: 5 mg vial in 2 ml BAC water.
Standard Selank Reconstitution Protocol
Add 2 ml of bacteriostatic water to a 5 mg vial of Selank. This gives a concentration of 2.50 mg/ml. A standard 250 mcg dose equals about 10.0 IU on a 100-unit insulin syringe. Store refrigerated at 2–8°C and use within 14 days.

Step-by-Step: How to Reconstitute Selank
-
1
Gather your supplies
A sealed 5 mg vial of Selank, a vial of bacteriostatic water, a 1 ml (100-unit) insulin syringe, and an alcohol swab.
-
2
Inject the water
Wipe both vial stoppers with alcohol. Draw 2 ml of BAC water into the syringe and inject it slowly down the inside wall of the Selank vial. Never spray directly onto the powder — the force can damage the peptide.
-
3
Swirl gently
Gently swirl the vial in a circular motion until the Selank fully dissolves. Do not shake. The solution should become clear.
-
4
Calculate your dose
At a concentration of 2.50 mg/ml, a 250 mcg (0.250 mg) dose equals about 10.0 IU on a 100-unit insulin syringe.
-
5
Draw and store
Draw your dose, perform the injection, and immediately return the vial to the refrigerator at 2–8°C. Use the reconstituted vial within 14 days.
