CJC-1295/Ipamorelin Blend

CJC-1295 is a synthetic GHRH (growth-hormone-releasing-hormone) analog that mimics the body's upstream signal to release growth hormone. Ipamorelin is a selective growth-hormone secretagogue that works through the ghrelin receptor (GHS-R) to amplify the GH pulse. Both are research compounds, not approved for human use.

They act on two different but complementary pathways. CJC-1295 raises the GH-releasing signal through the GHRH pathway, while Ipamorelin strengthens the GH pulse through the ghrelin/GHS-R pathway. Studying them together lets researchers produce a fuller, more natural-shaped GH response in models than either compound alone.

DAC stands for Drug Affinity Complex. CJC-1295 with DAC includes an albumin-binding component that greatly extends its half-life, from minutes to a window measured in days in research characterizations. CJC-1295 without DAC (also called Mod GRF 1-29) is short-acting and clears relatively quickly. The DAC changes duration only, not what the peptide targets.

Ipamorelin is more selective. Older GHRPs such as GHRP-6 and GHRP-2 are known to also affect appetite, cortisol, and prolactin signaling. Ipamorelin is characterized in studies as triggering GH release with much less of that off-target signaling, which is why it's often the ghrelin-receptor agonist chosen in newer research.
