CJC-1295 is a synthetic GHRH (growth-hormone-releasing-hormone) analog that mimics the body's upstream signal to release growth hormone. Ipamorelin is a selective growth-hormone secretagogue that works through the ghrelin receptor (GHS-R) to amplify the GH pulse. Both are research compounds, not approved for human use.
