# How to Reconstitute BPC-157

Pre-filled calculator with standard defaults for BPC-157: 5 mg vial in 2 ml BAC water.

## Standard BPC-157 Reconstitution Protocol

Add **2 ml** of bacteriostatic water to a **5 mg** vial of BPC-157. This gives a concentration of **2.50 mg/ml**. A **250 mcg** amount measures about **10.0 IU** on a U-100 syringe scale. Store refrigerated at 2–8°C and use within **28 days**.

## Step-by-Step: How to Reconstitute BPC-157

1. 1

    Gather your supplies

A sealed 5 mg vial of BPC-157, a vial of bacteriostatic water, a 1 ml U-100 syringe, and an alcohol swab.

2. 2

    Add the water

Wipe both vial stoppers with alcohol. Draw 2 ml of BAC water into the syringe and release it slowly down the inside wall of the BPC-157 vial. Never spray directly onto the powder — the force can damage the peptide.

3. 3

    Swirl gently

Gently swirl the vial in a circular motion until the BPC-157 fully dissolves. Do not shake. The solution should become clear.

4. 4

    Calculate the amount

    At a concentration of 2.50 mg/ml, a 250 mcg (0.250 mg) amount equals about 10.0 IU on a U-100 syringe scale.

5. 5

    Draw and store

Draw the amount you need, then immediately return the vial to the refrigerator at 2–8°C. Use the reconstituted vial within 28 days.

These defaults reflect commonly referenced reconstitution presets for BPC-157. Individual research setups may differ. Always verify the concentration against your source and its certificate of analysis. BodyHackGuide publishes for laboratory research and educational purposes only.
