The strongest human evidence for GHK-Cu is topical, in cosmetic anti-aging and photoaging use (e.g., Leyden 2002). Mechanistic work is well developed: collagen stimulation in fibroblasts (PMID: 3169264), GAG/decorin upregulation in wound models (PMID: 11121126), MMP/TIMP modulation (PMID: 11045606, 35936787), tissue remodeling and cell recruitment (PMID: 18644225), Connectivity Map gene modulation and DNA-repair signatures (PMID: 25302294, 26236730), stem-cell and keratinocyte effects (PMID: 23019153), and antioxidant/anti-aging framing (PMID: 22666519). A systemic injection study exists in mice for pulmonary fibrosis (PMID: 31809714). There are no human clinical trials of injectable GHK-Cu. The one registered GHK-Cu-specific interventional trial is a recruiting Phase 2, randomized, vehicle-controlled split-wound study of a topical GHK-Cu gel for acute wound healing (NCT07437586, Hudson Biotech); it is still enrolling and has not reported results. Injectable GHK-Cu still has zero human trials.

### Safety & Side Effects
